Kira Wong is a speaker, somatic breathwork practitioner, and former HR leader with more than 20 years of experience in high-pressure work environments. She brings a fresh, human perspective to conversations about stress, burnout, resilience, and performance at work. Kira holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and multiple certifications in trauma-informed breathwork, somatic embodiment, movement, and dance. Through one-on-one client work, workshops, and classes, she helps people build capacity for stress, regulate their nervous systems, and show up with more energy, clarity, and steadiness in work and life.
