Join us for an energizing and interactive Lunch & Learn that explores how improv techniques can strengthen teamwork, boost communication, and enhance adaptability in the workplace. This session demonstrates low‑pressure improv exercises designed to help employees collaborate more effectively and think on their feet.  Through guided activities, participants will learn how the fundamentals of improvisation—such as active listening, saying “yes, and…,” staying present, and supporting one another—directly translate into stronger team dynamics.

This Lunch & Learn offers a fresh, playful approach to building cohesion and improving everyday collaboration. No acting experience required—just an open mind and a willingness to have fun!
