HRSHRM invites you to an in-person employment law update. Join us for a comprehensive program covering recent employment law developments in 2024, and what we can expect moving forward in 2025.  We will cover the challenging and dynamic workplace law landscape in 2025 and beyond. We will discuss some of the most pertinent and rapidly developing areas of labor and employment law and how to comply with new requirements. We will address executive orders signed by President Trump and key employment law topics for 2025. President Trump, who began his second non-consecutive term on January 20, 2025, has issued several executive orders affecting the workplace with more orders anticipated in the coming days and weeks, including those on immigration, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), gender identity, and affirmative action. We will also address these new practical and legal challenges, including current court injunctions and rulings impacting these orders.
